America’s Home for Racing will add to its illustrious history with two nights of IMSA action during the Bank of America ROVAL™ 400 NASCAR playoff weekend at Charlotte Motor Speedway. IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship GT classes will make their ROVAL™ debut Oct. 9 and 10 before the NASCAR Cup Series Bank of America ROVAL™ 400 returns on Oct. 11, marking the first time the two series have run at the same event since 2014.

The event is now a doubleheader weekend for the NTT INDYCAR SERIES with 75-lap races on both Saturday, Aug. 8, and Sunday, Aug. 9, on the 2.258-mile, 13-turn road course in Lexington, Ohio.

Indy 500 Releases Updated Estimate of Fan Attendance for This Year’s Race

Based on policies and procedures put into effect by the Indianapolis Motor Speedway, IMS officials announced today that attendance for the 104th Running of the Indianapolis 500 on Sunday, Aug. 23 will be approximately 25 percent of capacity. Face coverings will be required for all attendees.
