It just got even easier for fans to purchase tickets to NASCAR’s most exciting and unpredictable venue - Talladega Superspeedway. It’s now literally at a consumer’s fingertips.

Fans attending the Toyota Owners 400 NASCAR Sprint Cup Series race at Richmond International Raceway on Saturday, April 27, will once again be able to take advantage of the “Park and Ride” shuttle program from downtown Richmond at the Richmond Coliseum parking lot and The Showplace parking lot on Mechanicsville Turnpike.

Dover International Speedway and FedEx are teaming up to offer fans the chance to bid on a one-of-a-kind race day experience package that includes the opportunity to be on stage during pre-race activities, including driver introductions, for the June 2, 2013 “FedEx 400 benefiting Autism Speaks” NASCAR Sprint Cup Series race at the Monster Mile. The winner will also be on stage with representatives from FedEx to present a sizable donation check to Autism Speaks.

Richmond International Raceway, in conjunction with Moovweb, has launched a new, mobile-friendly fan experience that now makes it even easier for race fans to purchase tickets to events directly from their smartphones.

Richmond International Raceway announced today that Papa John’s Pizza has signed on as the Official Pizza of Richmond International Raceway. After years of serving “Better Ingredients, Better Pizza” at America’s Premier Short Track, Papa John’s is expanding its partnership with RIR to ensure fans will continue to enjoy tasty pizza on the Midway and inside the grandstand gates.

Richmond International Raceway and IMG Seating are teaming up to offer padded seat rentals for the April 26-27 NASCAR weekend at RIR. Seat rentals are $8 per event and available for both the Saturday, April 27, Toyota Owners 400 NASCAR Sprint Cup Series race and the Friday, April 26, ToyotaCare 250 NASCAR Nationwide Series race.

Nine teams shook down tires for Goodyear on Tuesday and Wednesday at Daytona International Speedway ahead of the 55th annual Coke Zero 400 Powered By Coca-Cola NASCAR Sprint Cup Series race on Saturday, July 6.
