Kyle Larson beat the odds and won the North Carolina Education Lottery 200 at The Rock Sunday afternoon. This was his first victory in five NASCAR Camping World Truck Series races and his first top-ten finish in 2013.

Kyle Larson held off Joey Logano on the final green-white-checkered restart in Sunday’s North Carolina Education Lottery 200 at Rockingham Speedway and captured his first victory in just five NASCAR Camping World Truck Series (NCWTS) races.

Tundra driver Johnny Sauter (fourth) was the highest finishing Toyota in Sunday's NASCAR Camping World Truck Series (NCWTS) race at North Carolina's Rockingham Speedway.

In his first full-time series in a NASCAR Camping World Truck, Darrell Wallace Jr. is one of the top young guns of the sport. Driving for Kyle Busch Motorsports, the 20 year old driver has one top-15, one top-five, and is currently fifth in the point’s standings.

This was Burton's second consecutive pole and also set a new track record with a speed of 146.909 mph in the No. 4 Arrowhead Chevrolet.

Rockingham Speedway may be nearly 50 years old, but it sported a youthful appearance Saturday as 20-year-old Kyle Larson and 17-year-old Chase Elliott led practice for Sunday's North Carolina Education Lottery 200 at The Rock presented by Cheerwine.

In a sport known for gas guzzling, big engine stock car racing, NASCAR has taken very aggressive steps to address its own carbon footprint in the world of racing. As the sport enters its fifth year of environmentally sound initiatives, NASCAR is indeed finding it easy to be green.

Kyle Larson led the first practice session for the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series at Rockingham Speedway with a top speed of 144.31. Ryan Blaney was a close second at 144.127. Ty Dillon, Timothy Peters and Ron Hornaday Jr. completed the top five.
