The Good Sam Roadside Assistance 500 Weekend is only days away and with it comes a list of pre-race dignitaries that includes respected executives and stars of television and film.

Miguel Paludo and the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series (NCWTS) head to NASCAR's biggest track for this weekend's Coca-Cola 250 powered by fred's on Saturday afternoon. Paludo has one previous start at the 2.66-mile tri-oval, where he finished 18th in 2010. In the series' only other superspeedway stop on the schedule in 2012, Daytona International Speedway, Paludo became the first Brazilian to win an NCWTS pole. Paludo led for much of the race before a huge crash relegated him to a 30th-place finish.

Artistically Racing for a Cure... Nelson Piquet Jr.'s No. 30 Chevy Silverado will carry the Alpinestars/Claw Money Breast Cancer Awareness paint scheme as it challenges the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series (NCWTS) field on Saturday, October 6th at Talladega Superspeedway. The paint scheme was designed by NYC-based graffiti artist Claw Money, who included her interpretation of the pink ribbon for breast cancer on the unique creation.

After starting from the 10th position, Bodine came back from a spin on lap one in the Smith's 350 with the help of crew chief Rick Gay's strategy calls and adjustments to the Toyota Care Tundra. "The Onion" marched through the field after recovering from the incident and grabbed a fifth place finish.

That wave will continue into Talladega Superspeedway next week thanks to a little luck in avoiding a near head-on collision on lap 116. Buescher and the Great Clips team would post a sixth-place finish and close the gap to just one point behind the series leader.
