A recent, first of its kind study published in The Journal of Strength and Conditioning Research proved definitively that not only are athletic skills needed behind the wheel of a stock car, but also that there is a significant correlation between performance on the track and the length of resistance training sessions.

After almost three weeks off in the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series, Matt Crafton heads to Kentucky Speedway for the UNOH 225 on Thursday June 28th. Crafton has been racing trucks at this speedway since 2001 earning three top-five and seven top-10 finishes.

After two weeks away from the racetrack and some relaxing time with friends and family; NASCAR rookie driver Ross Chastain heads to the Kentucky Speedway for a rare Thursday night race in the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series UNOH 225.

All three of NASCAR's national touring series will be racing a Thursday through Saturday schedule at the Kentucky Speedway this week.

John Wes Townley will pilot RAB Racing Chassis No. 48 in Friday's UNOH 250 at Kentucky Speedway. This chassis last saw action at Texas Motor Speedway, where the 22-year-old driver brought home a 27th-place finish.

Dakoda Armstrong and the No. 98 EverFi Toyota team travel to Kentucky Speedway this weekend for the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series UNOH 225 after nearly three weeks away from the track.
