DGR-Crosley announced today that veteran NASCAR Cup Series driver David Ragan would join the team for the upcoming NASCAR Gander RV & Outdoors Truck Series race at Atlanta (Ga.) Motor Speedway.

Codie Rohrbaugh and his CR7 Motorsports team come out of the COVID-19 NASCAR Gander RV & Outdoors Truck Series (NGROTS) hiatus looking to keep the team’s solid start to the 2020 season going in Tuesday night’s N.C. Education Lottery 200 at Charlotte (N.C.) Motor Speedway.

Garrett Smithley on Racing at Charlotte: “I’m excited to join Niece Motorsports and am looking forward to getting back behind the wheel of one of these trucks,” said Smithley. “This is always a really fun and competitive series to race in, and I’m looking forward to the challenge. I appreciate the support of everyone at Trophy Tractor. Without them, we wouldn’t be able to do what we love to do.”

“Man it’s good to be racing again,” said Chastain. “I can’t wait to get to the track with this Niece Motorsports team and this Circle Track Warehouse and Florida Watermelon Association Chevrolet. The truck looks great, and I know the team has worked hard to get it ready for racing at Charlotte.”

Nearly 10 weeks since the NASCAR Gander RV & Outdoors Truck Series season was halted because of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, the trucks will roar Tuesday night at Charlotte (N.C.) Motor Speedway in the N.C. Education Lottery 200.
