TEAM CHEVY CHASES BACK-TO-BACK VICTORIES AT BARBER MOTORSPORTS PARK

DETROIT (April 26, 2023) – Beautiful Barber Motorsports Park in Leeds, Alabama welcomes the NTT INDYCAR Series for the fourth race of the 2023 season, and Team Chevy as the defending winner of both the NTT P1 Pole Award and the race.

Pato O’Ward of Arrow McLaren captured the win in last year’s event on the 2.3-mile permanent road course and comes in with a strong start to the 2023 season. Ed Carpenter Racings’ Rinus VeeKay arrives this weekend for his 50th career INDYCAR start and is determined to compete for the win at one of his favorite tracks after capturing last year’s NTT P1 Pole Award. “First road course race of the season and our best race last year,” exclaimed VeeKay. “Barber is a very good track for us. I got the pole there last year but unfortunately only finished third when we were able to win. Hopefully, we can pick right back up where we left off last year!”

With three wins at Barber, the most of any driver in the field, Josef Newgarden of Team Penske looks to capture a fourth victory this weekend on top of his 2015, 2017 and 2018 wins-all powered by Chevrolet, saying he’s “so excited for Barber. It used to be my home track before the Music City Grand Prix,” noted Newgarden. “It’s right down the road, two-and-a-half hours. It’s a rollercoaster of a racetrack and I’ve had some good luck there, some very good cars. Hoping we can put together another good run this year.”

Scoring seven wins since 2012 in the 2.2L V6 Twin Turbo Direct Injection era at Barber Motorsports Park along with eight P1 awards, 15 podiums, and 560 laps led Chevrolet seeks its 108th victory in the Bowtie brand’s 186th INDYCAR race.

“Barber Motorsports Park has been a successful venue for Team Chevy since the 2012 debut of the 2.2 liter V6 engine,” noted Rob Buckner, IndyCar Program Manager at General Motors. “Our Chevrolet engineers have worked well with our teams to develop the right combination to produce seven wins in 10 races at Barber. But we also recognize the high level of competition in INDYCAR at the moment. Our engineers will continue to work hard to find improvements with our teams to keep Chevrolet at the front each weekend.”

“As to the track itself, it represents a number of challenges,” described Buckner. “It’s the first natural-terrain road course of the year. That means lots of elevation change and punishing runoff areas that always get the attention of drivers. Consistent power application and fuel management across the hills and around all 17 corners will be key. There’s nothing more we’d like than to go into the month of May and Indianapolis with another victory at Barber.”

The Children’s of Alabama Indy Grand Prix kicks off with Practice 1 Friday, April 28 at 3:40 p.m. ET, with Practice 2 starting Saturday, April 29 at noon ET. Qualifications then start at 3 p.m. ET Saturday. A final warm up will start race day Sunday at noon ET. All practice and qualifying will be live on Peacock, INDYCAR Radio and SiriusXM Channel 160. The 90-lap, 207-mile race Sunday, April 30 will take the green flag at 3 p.m. ET live on NBC.

TONI BREIDINGER JOINS NASCAR CRAFTSMAN TRUCK SERIES WITH TRICON GARAGE SPONSORED BY VICTORIA’S SECRET

Charlotte, NC – TRICON Garage announced today that Toni Breidinger will join the team as driver of the No. 1 Victoria’s Secret Toyota Tundra TRD Pro at Kansas Speedway on May 6. The 23-year-old will make her series debut, breaking ground as the first Arab American woman to compete in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series (NCTS) sponsored by Victoria’s Secret.

Breidinger primarily competes part-time in the ARCA Menards Series (AMS), where she is slated for 11 races with Venturini Motorsports in addition to a full season in the inaugural Toyota GR Cup. In 34 career AMS starts, the Bay Area native has collected nine top-ten finishes. In addition, Breidinger captured 19 victories in her United States Auto Club (USAC) open-wheel midget career before making the transition to stock cars in her late teens.

Last September, Breidinger was featured in Victoria’s Secret’s 2022 Fall Collection Campaign. Victoria’s Secret is honored to support Breidinger as part of their ongoing commitment to champion voices, perspectives and experiences.

● Chase Briscoe and the No. 14 Mahindra Tractors Ford Mustang team for Stewart-Haas Racing (SHR) look to add to their string of three consecutive top-five finishes after a fourth-place effort last Sunday at Talladega (Ala.) Superspeedway. Briscoe’s season started off slowly, but the 28-year-old who is now in his third year of NASCAR Cup Series competition has secured top-15 results in six of the last seven races, with four of those finishes inside the top-10.

● With 10 races complete in the 2023 season, Briscoe sits 15th in the driver standings, 88 points out of first.

● Briscoe has two Cup Series starts at Dover with a best finish of 13th earned in last year’s event at the concrete mile oval. The No. 14 Mahindra Tractors team finished inside the top-15 in eight of 10 events on tracks measuring 1 mile or less during the 2022 season. The only time Briscoe finished outside the top-15 was when he spun on the last lap of the Bristol (Tenn.) Motor Speedway dirt race while challenging for the lead, and when his car caught on fire at Richmond (Va.) Raceway in August while running in the top-10.

● In 2020, the dirt racer from Mitchell, Indiana, found his way to victory lane at the Monster Mile in the second race of a NASCAR Xfinity Series Saturday-Sunday doubleheader. Briscoe started last in the Sunday race after going to a backup racecar and proceeded to lead three times for a race-high 107 laps en route to his sixth win of the season. He won the race by a commanding 2.463-second margin over second-place Ross Chastain.

● In total, Briscoe has five starts in the Xfinity Series at Dover, his win in 2020 among his three top-five finishes and four top-10s. He also made one NASCAR Truck Series start at Dover in June 2017, which resulted in a 12th-place finish after earning his first career NASCAR pole.

Your streak of top-five finishes continued at Talladega last weekend, and the team is showing a lot of consistency. How tough is it to keep up momentum at a track that is as physically demanding as Dover?
“It can be tough. It all starts with qualifying and getting that position up front to start with. You need track position, you need a fast car and you need a driver who is going to be on it. You have to drive hard every lap, so it’s very physically demanding and is definitely not a place where you can just ride around and come out with a good finish.”

What makes Dover such a “monster” of a track?
“It is very, very fast. The concrete surface always makes things interesting, and there are some areas of the track where it’s a little rough. You add in the G-forces you get with the steep banking and it gives you a place where you’ve almost got to do everything right or you’re done. You miss your line, you get lapped. Get a little too close to the wall and you’re being lapped or getting wrecked. If you come out of Dover with a win, you truly have earned it.”

You have a Miles the Monster trophy. Where does it rank in terms of the trophies you’ve earned?

“The Dover trophy and win are near the top. The first race of the weekend on Saturday was not an easy one for us. We were so fast and we didn’t have the result to go with it. I think there was a little more determination when we got there on Sunday to redeem ourselves and, like I said, you aren’t just getting handed a trophy at Dover. The whole team put in a lot of effort to get us to victory lane that day. We had a lot of big wins in 2020, but that one ranks pretty high on the list.”

● We’re heading north this weekend to Dover (Del.) Motor Speedway for the Würth 400 on Sunday, April 30 at 2 p.m. EDT on FS1, PRN and SiriusXM NASCAR Radio. Preece has a strong following in the north thanks to his Connecticut upbringing. In total, Preece has six Cup Series starts at the Delaware track with a best finish of 18th coming in 2021. This weekend’s race will mark his first Cup Series start with SHR. In three Xfinity Series start at the track, he has one top five and one top 10 to his name. He started 11th in 2018 for Joe Gibbs Racing and finished fourth.

● The series took to the high banks of Talladega (Ala.) Superspeedway last weekend, the home of Preece’s best Cup Series finish in 2019. He qualified 16th and rallied back after falling off pace in the opening laps of the race to finish ninth in Stage 1. In Stage 2, Preece worked his way back up to the front and finished seventh, gathering more stage points for the No.4 1 team. Unfortunately, he was once again victim of being in the wrong place at the right time and was swept up in a wreck during the race’s first NASCAR Overtime attempt. He ultimately finished with a 34th-place result.

● Preece is coming into his own this season, showing speed on a variety of tracks the series has visited and running up front during multiple events. He had a career weekend at Martinsville (Va.) Speedway a few weeks ago, winning his first Cup Series pole and leading a career-high 135 laps. Preece and the No. 41 team suffered a pit road speeding penalty that ultimately set them back for the remainder of the race. Preece was credited with a 15th-place finish there.

● Ten races into this season, Preece is 28th in the driver standings with 149 points.

Really strong run last weekend at Talladega last weekend until a wreck at the end of the race, what can you take with you from the weekend?

“Yeah, I mean, it’s always great to get stage points and we got them in both stages on Sunday. Points are great and they’re huge when it comes to this points system and the playoffs. Man, I just want our luck to turn around. We wanted to be up there at the end and I think we deserved to be. We had a fast racecar, and we were in it all day long until that ending. We were just in the wrong place there and there was no way to finish out the race then. It’s unfortunate but we’ve moved on and are looking forward to Dover.”

You’ve had some strong runs the last couple of weeks and have really shown what this 41 team is capable of, how much does that motivate you heading into this weekend’s race?
“I’ve always said that you have to start with top-15s or top-10s – consistently running there – then top-fives and chasing wins. I feel like, especially the past four weeks, we’ve been putting races together to have opportunities like that. And just at the end of the race, a lot of things, chaos just breaks out, and sometimes you’re the bug and sometimes you’re the windshield. Ultimately, it’ll be nice when we’re the windshield and not the bug. But I’m proud of the fact that our team, our pit crew – everybody – including our engineers, are working together. It doesn’t always take the fastest car to win anymore. Now it takes execution. That’s something I know that I’ve been focusing on for the past week or so and really just turning my attention more to the little details that it takes to make sure that when Lap 380 is there, you’re still giving yourself an opportunity to have a chance at it.”

You have experience at Dover in your career and you ran the Cup race at the track last season, does that give you any leverage?

“I really enjoy Dover and one of the best parts of it is that it’s a little bit closer to home for me. There’s a sense of familiarity and I love coming from the northeast, so I get excited about heading up there for Dover and other tracks in the area. This is actually a race that I’ve been stressing to Chad (Johnston, crew chief) about. I really felt like we had such a great race car last year. We just never got track position, and we actually had a tire go down a couple times. Then, I believe, when AJ (Allmendinger) lost a tire during the green flag pit cycle, we lost a lap or two and it just kind of put a damper on our day. But from a speed standpoint, we were really fast in practice and had a great race car. I feel like some of the baseline of what we decided to take for this weekend strongly goes off that, and I have high expectations.”

What kind of racing are you expecting this weekend now that we’ve gotten to test the short-track program a few times so far this season?
“Our cars have been really fast at short tracks this year and I’m a short-track guy so really the most important thing for us is going to be assessing the car during practice and having a strong qualifying run. As you all know, it’s Dover, it’s April and it tends to rain a lot up there. So hopefully we can at least get practice and qualifying in – or something for us – and not have to start 30th and work our way up the entire race. That’s the hardest part about these races when we don’t get to put ourselves in the right position from the start. I’m really excited about what we’ve been able to do at these racetracks so far this season and I think this weekend will be a really good one for us. We’ve been working hard on putting everything together and this is one where I think we can emphasize on our strengths. We just want to stay out of trouble because that’s been our crutch this season, we just keep getting caught up in things that ultimately end our run.”

  • Sam Mayer returns to Dover Motor Speedway this weekend for only his second NASCAR Xfinity Series start at the 1-mile concrete oval with Accelerate Professional Talent Solutions.
  • The Franklin, Wis. native started second and finished fifth in this race last season. Mayer battled back after losing a wheel during a pit stop in Stage One to earn the top-five finish.
  • The 19-year-old and crew chief Mardy Lindley are no strangers to wins on concrete ovals. The pair recorded three wins in 2019 in the K&N Pro Series East (twice at Bristol and once at Dover) and two in 2020 in the ARCA Series (Bristol and Dover).

  • Josh Berry returns to Dover as the defending race winner. In two starts on the “Monster Mile,” Berry won last year’s event and finished second in 2021. He also owns a career starting average of 5.0.
  • Tracks measuring 1 mile have been good for Berry, as he has the victory at Dover, three top-five and five top-10 finishes and a pole in just eight starts. He’s also led 114 laps, 103 of those at Dover.

PLANO, Texas (April 26, 2023) – The NASCAR and ARCA teams take on the Monster Mile in Dover, while NHRA races its second and final four-wide event of the season this weekend in Charlotte.

NASCAR National Series – NCS | NXS

Bell adds another top-10… Christopher Bell is on top of the point standings for another week as the Oklahoma-native earned his series-best seventh top-10 finish of the season at Talladega Superspeedway. Bell led Toyota with a fourth-place finish at Dover last year and owns a NASCAR Xfinity Series victory at the track in 2019.

Four in the top-10 after 10… Talladega Superspeedway was the 10th race of the season and Toyota drivers hold four of the top-10 spots in the points standings, which is tied for the most of any manufacturer. Along with Bell, Tyler Reddick (sixth), Martin Truex Jr. (seventh) and Denny Hamlin (10th) are currently in Playoff positions.

Nemechek plans to take back points lead… John Hunter Nemechek heads to Dover just four points out of the championship lead. The North Carolina-native leads the Xfinity Series in top-10 finishes (seven) and laps led (340) going into this weekend. Nemechek has competed in the last two NASCAR Xfinity Series events at Dover, running in the top-10 in both events before mechanical woes ended both days.

Heim makes Xfinity Series debut… Toyota development driver Corey Heim will make his NASCAR Xfinity Series debut this weekend aboard the No. 24 Toyota GR Supra for Sam Hunt Racing. The Georgia-native has been impressive in every series since joining Team Toyota. Heim scored six wins and a runner-up finish in ARCA competition in 2021 and earned the Truck Series Rookie of the Year title and two wins last season. Heim is the most recent Truck Series victor this year as he swept both stages and won in Martinsville to clinch his first Playoff berth.

NASCAR Regional Series – ARCA

Sawalich looks to extend early lead… After an impressively dominant performance at the season opener, William Sawalich looks to extend his championship lead in his first start at Dover Motor Speedway. The 16-year-old driver won in his debut at Five Flags Speedway in Florida and holds a seven-point advantage in the standings going into this weekend.

NHRA – Top Fuel | Funny Car

Closing in on 200…Toyota is getting ever closer to a major milestone in its NHRA history – 200 victories. After Antron Brown’s 56th Toyota victory in Las Vegas, Toyota currently sits at 196 wins across both nitro classes coming into Charlotte. Toyota earned its first win with Jerry Toliver in Funny Car in 2004, and now holds 148 Top Fuel victories and 48 Funny Car wins.

Torrence back at the top… Steve Torrence is back at a familiar spot for the multi-time champion, as the Texan holds the points lead for the first time this season. Torrence moved to the top spot with his runner-up finish in Las Vegas – his second final round appearance of the season. Charlotte would be a great place to get yet another Four-Wide victory – Torrence won the race in 2017, 2018, 2019 and 2021.

Rinus VeeKay to make 50th IndyCar career start at Barber Motorsports Park

Competing in his fourth full-time season in the NTT IndyCar Series, Rinus VeeKay is set to achieve a milestone start. By competing in this weekend’s Honda Indy Grand Prix of Alabama at Barber Motorsports Park, the driver of the No. 21 Ed Carpenter Racing Dallara-Chevrolet will reach 50 career starts in the IndyCar circuit.

A native of Hoofddorp, Netherlands, VeeKay, whose racing career started with karting, made his inaugural presence in the IndyCar circuit at the start of the 2020 season when he was signed by Ed Carpenter Racing to replace Spencer Pigot in the No. 21 Dallara-Chevrolet. By then, he had made previous starts in MRF Challenge Formula 2000, USF2000, Pro Mazda Championship, F3 Asian Winter Series and Indy Lights. His top accomplishments included championships during the 2018 Pro Mazda Championship season and the 2019 F3 Asian Winter Series.

During his maiden IndyCar career start at Texas Motor Speedway in June 2020, VeeKay finished 22nd after being involved in an early incident. He rebounded during the following week at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway Road Course by finishing fifth before finishing no higher than 13th during the following five events. He then finished no lower than 11th during the next four events before having a breakout run during the first of an IndyCar Harvest Grand Prix doubleheader feature at Indy by claiming his maiden pole and maiden podium with a third-place result. With back-to-back top-20 results to cap off his maiden IndyCar season, VeeKay ended up in 14th place in the final standings and with a career-best average-finishing result of 12.9.

Remaining at Ed Carpenter Racing for a second full-time season, VeeKay commenced the 2021 campaign with a sixth-place result at Barber Motorsport Park in April followed by a ninth-place result at the Street of St. Petersburg in April. Three races later, he scored his maiden IndyCar career victory in the GMR Grand Prix at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway Road Course in May after beating pole-sitter Romain Grosjean by more than five seconds. Following another three-race stretch, which included an eighth-place result in the 105th running of the Indianapolis 500 in May and a strong runner-up result in the first of a Chevrolet Detroit Grand Prix doubleheader feature at Belle Isle Street Circuit in June, VeeKay was absent and replaced by Oliver Askew for the following Grand Prix event at Road America after undergoing a surgery to repair a fractured left clavicle that he suffered from a bike incident earlier in the week. Returning at the Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course in July, VeeKay finished no higher than 16th during the remaining seven-scheduled events and capped off his sophomore season in 12th place in the final standings.

In 2022, which marked VeeKay’s third stint in the IndyCar circuit with ECR, he commenced the season with another sixth-place result at the Streets of St. Petersburg followed by a 10th-place run at Texas. At Barber Motorsports Park in May, he led a race-high 57 of 90 laps before being overtaken late by Pato O’Ward and finishing third on the track. With just three additional top-10 results during the remaining 13 events on the schedule, VeeKay capped off his junior season in 12th place in the standings. By then, he had led a career-high 94 laps throughout the season and improved on his average-finishing result from 14.5 to 14.1.

Through 49 previous starts in the IndyCar Series, VeeKay has achieved one victory, two poles, four podiums, 180 laps led and an average-finishing result of 14.1. He is currently ranked in 22nd place in the driver’s standings with an average-finishing result of 19.3 through the first three-scheduled events. His current best on-track result to this season is an 11th-place finish at Texas Motor Speedway in early April.

VeeKay is scheduled to make his 50th NTT IndyCar Series career start at Barber Motorsports Park for the Honda Indy Grand Prix of Alabama on Sunday, April 30, at 3 p.m. ET on NBC.

ATLANTA (April 26, 2023) – A high-speed roll call of top Historic Sportscar Racing (HSR) competitors and some of the most famous names in Stock Car racing history come together this weekend for the milestone 45th HSR Mitty at Michelin Raceway Road Atlanta, April 27 – 30, which celebrates NASCAR’s 75th Anniversary. Founded in 1948, NASCAR marks its 75th season in 2023, and the HSR Mitty is just one part of the year-long NASCAR 75 celebration. Historic Stock Cars have been a major part the last few years of the HSR events at Michelin Raceway, but this weekend’s 75th NASCAR Anniversary celebration raises the bar. The event has attracted an unprecedented HSR entry of nearly 60 historic and vintage stock cars that will both compete and make exhibition laps on the 2.54-mile road course North of Atlanta.

The Saturday and Sunday NASCAR 75 feature races also serve as the second annual Gene Felton Memorial Challenge, which honors the late road racing star and 2019 HSR Mitty Grand Marshal Gene Felton.

In addition to receiving a special race winner’s trophy, a plaque bearing the winning driver’s name is also placed on the hand-made Lanier Technical College Gene Felton Trophy. The one-of-a-kind award features actual pieces of Road Atlanta asphalt, decorative clear vials of the Georgia red clay that surrounds the circuit and a silver cup replicating one of Felton’s many racing trophies. The perpetual trophy commemorates Felton’s long association with nearby Lanier Technical College, where he helped interns in the Motorsports Vehicle Training program get hands-on racing experience. “Front Row” Joe Nemechek (pictured above top right) earned the honor to be the first to have his name engraved on the Lanier Tech Trophy when he won last year’s inaugural Gene Felton Memorial Challenge in his NEMCO Motorsports 2006 No. 8 Toyota Camry. NASCAR Hall of Fame and Motorsports Hall of Fame of America (MSHFA) inductee Bill Elliott kept the pressure of Nemechek to the finish and the battle renews this weekend. Nemechek returns in his No. 8 Camry to defend his title while “Awesome Bill from Dawsonville” wheels his 2014 No. 9 Chevrolet Camaro.

Nemechek and Elliott are part of a stout entry of more than 40 competing Historic Stock Cars while another 14 – from the 1949 No. 87 Oldsmobile Rocket 88 of Marshall Griffin on up to the 2020 No. 47 Toyota Camry of Chris Andrews – are set for the weekend’s schedule of Stock Car Exhibition sessions.

Appropriately, the iconic Wood Brother Racing family will preside over the weekend’s racing activity as the Grand Marshals of the 45th HSR Mitty at Michelin Raceway Road Atlanta.

Launched over 70 years ago by NASCAR Hall of Fame and MSHFA inductees Glen Wood and his younger brother Leonard Wood, Wood Brothers Racing holds the Guinness World Record for the longest active NASCAR racing team. Wood Brothers Racing is the oldest continuously operating NASCAR Cup Series team and has won races in seven decades, including the team’s 99th and most recent victory at Pocono in 2017 with Ryan Blaney.

Glen’s sons Eddie Wood and Len Wood (pictured above) now lead Wood Brothers Racing and the brothers will represent the family as the primary Grand Marshals at the 45th Mitty. Plans also call for their now 88-year-old Uncle Leonard – who built engines and engineered the team’s lightning quick and now legendary pit stops – to make an appearance. Glen Wood passed away in 2019 at the age of 93.

The first NASCAR 75th Anniversary Gene Felton Memorial race formally launches Saturday’s racing schedule with a 1 p.m. EDT green flag. The second and final NASCAR 75/Gene Felton sprint goes off Sunday at 12:15 p.m. EDT. Stock Car Exhibition Laps sessions are scheduled for Friday at 5 p.m. EDT and Saturday at Noon and 5:45 p.m. EDT.

In addition to the bumper crop of Stock Cars, the HSR paddock at Michelin Raceway Road Atlanta will be full of a vast variety of road racing and sports cars from the last 65 years competing in the majority of the 45th HSR Mitty’s non-stop racing schedule. The weekend truly offers something for everyone with an amazing array of vintage and historic sports cars, stock cars and open-wheel racing machines.

Schedule highlights include a pair of one-hour B.R.M. Endurance Challenge races that each feature a specific and period-matching group of race cars. Saturday’s first B.R.M. race at 4:40 p.m. EDT is home to the GT Modern (GTM), Historic and Prototype divisions. Sunday’s one-hour B.R.M. race puts older machinery in the GT Classic (GTC) and Vintage classes in the spotlight at 8:15 a.m. EDT.

A longtime favorite of HSR competitors, the SascoSports International/American Challenge is a production-car showcase of big-bore American-made iron battling with top sports cars from Europe and beyond. The all-out sprints see competitors race for the overall win in addition to top-three honors for the International, American and all-Porsche divisions.

Another strong entry for at the 45th Mitty will see the SascoSports Challenge races split into two events. Race A, for larger displacement race cars, kicks-off the weekend’s racing schedule Friday at 4 p.m. EDT. Race B, for the small-bore machines of Groups 2 and 3, immediately follows the opening race at 4:30 p.m. EDT.

Stoner Car Care Global GT is home to a variety of contemporary but recently retired GT racing machines going head-to-head in a flat-out sprint. Sunday’s Stoner Car Care race at 3:15 p.m. EDT brings the 45th HSR Mitty to a close as the final race of a blockbuster weekend.

Larson to Drive the No. 10 HendrickCars.com Chevrolet in the Shriners Children 200

 LEXINGTON, N.C. (April 26, 2023) — Kaulig Racing announced today that 2021 NASCAR Cup Series (NCS) Champion, Kyle Larson, will drive the No. 10 HendrickCars.com Chevrolet in the NASCAR Xfinity Series (NXS) Shriners Children 200 at Darlington Raceway.

The 21-time NCS race winner and 2021 Champion will be the fifth NCS driver to join Kaulig Racing’s all-star driver lineup in the team’s No. 10 Chevrolet for the 2023 season, alongside Kyle Busch, Austin Dillion, AJ Allmendinger and Justin Haley.

Larson says, “I’m looking forward to competing in the Xfinity Series race at Darlington Raceway in a few weeks with Kaulig Racing and HendrickCars.com. Darlington (Raceway) is a challenging track and definitely one on the top of my list that I’m eager to get a win at. The Kaulig Xfinity cars have been really fast this year too so I’m thankful for the opportunity to run double-duty and hopefully we’ll have a good shot at a win.”

In addition to his on-track accomplishments, the sanctioning body recently announced the addition of Larson to NASCAR’s 75 Greatest Drivers List in celebration of the industry’s “Diamond Anniversary.” Those added to this prestigious list are recognized for their contributions to the sport and will be recognized during the sport’s “throwback weekend” at Darlington Raceway.
