MOORESVILLE, N.C. (August 28, 2012) – TMone and Inc. Magazine will team up with Tommy Baldwin Racing (TBR) for the Federated Auto Parts 400 at Richmond International Raceway. David Reutimann will pilot the No. 10 Inc. 5000 / @TMone 6-peat Chevrolet on Saturday, September 8. The two companies will celebrate TMone’s sixth consecutive listing on the 2012 Inc. 5000 America’s Fastest-Growing Private Companies.

Inc., the only major business media brand focused solely for CEOs of fast-growing, private companies, announced the 2012 Inc. 5000 in the September issue of the magazine. The list is a comprehensive look at the most important segment of the economy—America’s independent entrepreneurs. It debuted in 1981 as a ranking of the 100 fastest-growing private companies in the U.S. The following year, it expanded to the Inc. 500, and in 2007, the Inc. 5000 was inaugurated.

Companies such as Microsoft, Zappos, Clif Bar, Intuit, Jamba Juice, Zipcar, Oracle, and many other well-known names gained early exposure as members of the Inc. 500. Through each evolution, Inc. sought to recognize and celebrate the creativity, dedication and hard work that entrepreneurs put into building their companies. The 2012 Inc. 500|5000, in aggregate, generated $299 billion in 2011 revenue and over the past three years, created 389,000 jobs. Complete results of the Inc.500|5000, including company profiles and an interactive database that can be sorted by industry, region and other criteria, can be found on Inc.com/5000.

“Now, more than ever, we depend on Inc. 500/5000 companies to spur innovation, provide jobs, and drive the economy forward,” says Inc. Editor Eric Schurenberg. “Growth companies, not large corporations, are where the action is.”

The Inc. Magazine list represents the most comprehensive look at America’s independent entrepreneurs. TMone has been a part of the Inc. 5000 since its inception in 2007, a feat few other companies have accomplished. This year, TMone was also recognized as the number one Fastest Growing Business Product and Services Company in the State of Iowa and in the top half of all companies nationally.

“Both Inc. and NASCAR have provided a medium for a company like TMone to be recognized and continue to grow,” said John Burchert, TMone COO. “We want to thank everyone at Inc. for making this special sponsorship event possible and for the six years of accolades that has helped fuel TMone and our team. We frequently get congratulated for being on Inc.’s list due to its inherent prominence and 30+ years of brand equity. We are striving to be on the list 10 years in a row.”

TBR and TMone have collaborated for 13 NASCAR Sprint Cup Series events this season. In addition to the 13 races with TBR, TMone has participated in all 24 races this season. Reutimann drove to TBR’s highest finish this season when he finished in 11th place in a TMone.com -backed Chevrolet in the Coke Zero 400 at Daytona.

“We are thrilled to celebrate TMone’s sixth consecutive listing on Inc.’s 5000,” explained Tommy Baldwin. “TMone has been a great partner for us and works really hard to build jobs in America. It is a huge compliment to have them work with us on a regular basis.”

Reutimann will hit the .75-mile track on Friday, September 7 to practice and qualify for Saturday night’s race. The No. 10 Inc. 5000 / @TMone 6-peat Chevrolet will compete in the Federated Auto Parts 400 at Richmond International Raceway Saturday, September 8 at 7 p.m. EST.
