·        The Car

o   Chassis RK-803 first hit the track in 2012 at Fontana earning a sixth-place finish.  Since then it’s been used at Charlotte for the All-Star race, Kentucky and Pocono.  Pocono would have been 803’s final race of 2012, but an accident during practice in Homestead forced chassis 803 to go from backup status to primary, which resulted in a fifth-place finish for Biffle at the season finale.

Biffle on Bristol:

“I’m looking forward to Bristol now that Las Vegas in behind us.  We run hard at Bristol, which is always fun and exciting.  I cannot wait to get to Bristol and redeem ourselves.  We are a better team than we’ve been running, we made a mistake last week and are looking forward to Bristol.  Track position is key, you’ve got to be up front and stay out front.  Seems like it’s harder and harder to pass since all the teams are getting close together and the cars are getting close together.  It’s going to take being out front, good pit stops and a good pit stall selection to win at Bristol this weekend.”

Puccia on Bristol:

“Bristol is one of my favorite tracks.  It’s the fastest half mile that we go to and offers lots of side-by-side racing for the fans.  Things happen quickly at Bristol and if you’re off a little you can get behind real quick, but if you’re good you can also get ahead.  We had some success last year at Bristol winning the pole and leading some laps.  Overall we are looking to build some momentum at Bristol this weekend with a good run in our 3M Ford.”
