ADVANCE NOTES

·         Pastrana at Iowa Speedway

o   Travis Pastrana visits Iowa Speedway for the second time in his NASCAR Nationwide Series (NNS) career.  In his other NNS start at the .88-mile track, he finished 26th.

o   Pastrana also has three K&N Pro Series East starts at Iowa Speedway.  In 2011 he made his second K&N start at the track, finishing 33rd.  In 2012, he earned two of his best K&N finishes at the track, finishing fourth and sixth.

·         The Car

o   The No. 60 team brings Chassis RK-726 to the track for the second time this season.  This chassis last raced to 16th at Bristol Motor Speedway in March.

·         Local Connections

o   Crew Chief Chad Norris of Freemont, Iowa, heads to his home track this weekend.  Freemont is located a little less than an hour away from Newton and Iowa Speedway.

·         Recapping Dover

o   In his first start at his “home” track of Dover International Speedway, Pastrana powered the No. 60 Roush Fenway Racing Ford Mustang to its fifth top-15 finish of the season, taking the checkered flag in 15th.

o   Pastrana remains 15th in the NNS point standings.
