Whitt Gets an Eco-Friendly Boost for the Nationwide Season Finale

Mooresville, N.C. (November 12, 2013) – Cole Whitt will have Eco-friendly Takagi Tankless Water Heaters on board for this weekend’s NASCAR Nationwide Series season finale at Homestead-Miami Speedway. This weekend’s race will cap off Whitt’s 15^th race with TriStar Motorsports and fifth with primary sponsor Takagi Tankless Water Heaters during the 2013 season.

Mile-and-a-half tracks have been favorable for Whitt as he holds a 15.2 career average finish at the eight 1.5-mile tracks on the NASCAR circuit. and an average Nationwide Series finish of 13.5 at Homestead-Miami Speedway.

This weekend’s Toyota Camry:

Chassis No. 702 will be back for the 1.5-mile variable banked oval. It last lead Whitt to a 20^th place finish at Texas Motor Speedway two weeks ago.

“Homestead is not like any other mile-and-a-half we go to, but that’s why I like it. The tires seem to wear out quickly and the top groove can be fast, making it really fun to race there.”
