MOORESVILLE, N.C. (August 20, 2014) – NASCAR Sprint Cup Series rookie Michael Annett will make his second visit this season to the treacherous half-mile Bristol Motor Speedway this Saturday night for one of the most exciting events on the NASCAR calendar.
Annett, in his No. 7 Pilot Flying J Chevrolet SS, previously competed at Bristol last March, finishing 26th. It was his first Cup Series race at the facility after averaging a finish of 14th in nine prior NASCAR Nationwide Series starts there. In his final four Nationwide Series starts on the half-mile, he finished no worse than 11th.
Saturday night’s race will air live on at 7:30 p.m. Eastern on ABC.
