RHODES MAKES FIRST BRISTOL RUN

BRISTOL, Tenn. – Saturday’s Drive To Stop Diabetes 300 Xfinity Series race at Bristol Motor Speedway will mark Harrison Rhodes’ first run at the track.

Although daunting, it’s one Rhodes is approaching with anticipation. He’ll race in the Flex Seal No. 0 Chevrolet for JD Motorsports with Gary Keller.

“You hear so much about a track over the years, and it’s fun to finally get to run there,” Rhodes said. “I’ve raced on a lot of half-mile tracks, but certainly none like Bristol. I’m ready to get out there and have some fun.”

Rhodes sits 23rd in driver points in his first full season in the Xfinity Series.

Practice for the 300 is scheduled at 1:30 p.m. and 3 p.m. (ET) Friday. Qualifying will be held at 9:45 a.m. Saturday, with the race to follow at 1:30.
