GoBowling.com Returns to Richard Petty Motorsports

Popular Online Bowling Hub to Sponsor Hornish and No. 9 Team at Phoenix

MOORESVILLE, N.C. (November 9, 2015) – Making its return to Richard Petty Motorsports (RPM), GoBowling.com will adorn the No. 9 Ford Fusion driven by Sam Hornish Jr. during the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series race at the Phoenix (Ariz.) International Raceway this Sunday, November 15.

GoBowling.com is the online hub to visit and learn more about the 2,100 plus bowling centers around the country.  It’s also the website to learn about promotional offers, bowling tips and more.  RPM and Strike Ten Entertainment, owners of GoBowling.com, have been partners since 2013.

GoBowling.com made its 2015 debut with RPM this September at the Sprint Cup Series race at Richmond (Va.) International Speedway and will make its second appearance of the season at Phoenix International Raceway this weekend.

“Our longstanding partnership with RPM is a testament to how “The King” Richard Petty and his entire staff and teams have embraced our sport,” said John Harbuck, President of Strike Ten Entertainment.  “Racing is their business but bowling is a truly a pastime that the RPM family and friends enjoy.  Sam is a championship race car driver and he’s an accomplished bowler carrying a 200+ average, which is pretty darn good.”

The team is a natural fit with GoBowling.com as both the teams and Petty enjoy the sport.

“You really can’t find a better family sport than bowling,” said Richard Petty, Co-Owner, Richard Petty Motorsports. “It’s really a sport that anyone can do and enjoy. We’re just helping everyone know where to go to learn more.  That’s all at www.GoBowling.com.”

Bowling is also a favorite pastime among the Hornish family, which brings their family together in a fun, competitive environment.

“It’s great to have www.GoBowling.com back on the car in Phoenix,” said Hornish. “They are a fun sponsor to have at the racetrack with us. The website provides a great resource for NASCAR fans, young and old, or novice or expert, to find everything they need to know in regards to bowling. I enjoy bowling, so it’s been great partnership for my family and me.”

The NASCAR Sprint Cup Series race at Phoenix takes place this Sunday, November 15. Live coverage begins at 2:30 p.m. ET on NBC.
