New Sponsor Brings Brighter Outlook for B.J. McLeod Motorsports XFINITY® Debut

MOORESVILLE, North Carolina (February 3, 2016) – – Days after announcing their plans to run two full-time NASCAR® XFINITY® Series (NXS) teams in 2016, officials from B.J. McLeod Motorsports (@teamBJMcLeod) announced today the signing of Batteries Plus Bulbs® as the primary marketing partner for driver B.J. McLeod (@BJMcLeod78) in the February 20th  PowerShares® QQQ 300 at Daytona® (Fla.) International Speedway.

Additionally, the team will receive additional support from Batteries Plus Bulbs for the upcoming XFINITY® Series race at Atlanta (Ga.) Motor Speedway.

Earlier this week, the Mooresville, North Carolina-based team announced they would field the No. 78 and No. 99 Ford Mustangs for the full 33-race XFINITY® Series slate. Since the announcement, McLeod said the response from the industry has been positive.
