J. Streicher Joins Richard Petty Motorsports and Jeb Burton for 2016 Season

MOORESVILLE, N.C. (February 19, 2016) – Richard Petty Motorsports announced its newest sponsor today. Jeb Burton will pilot the No. 43 J. Streicher Ford Mustang for the 2016 NASCAR XFINITY Series season. The dynamic blue and black Ford debuts this Saturday in the season opener at Daytona International Speedway.

“I’m proud to be representing J. Streicher and the Pettys this season,” Burton said. “While Streicher is new to the sport of NASCAR, they have a long history on the New York Stock Exchange. That fits in well with the legacy of the Petty family, the tradition of NASCAR and its fans, as well as my family’s success in racing.”

J Streicher, pronounced “striker”, is one of the oldest financial services firms on the New York Stock Exchange. In 1910, its founder Joseph Streicher started his business on a foundation of core values: investor advocacy, risk management, asset diversification and capital commitment to the clients they serve. The Streicher heritage, culture and exceptional people are an enduring testament to a 100 plus-year-old financial institution that is still driven by the same values that were core to its founding. To that end, J. Streicher strives to provide value and confidence to clients and investors by providing a Total Solution. In building beyond the firm’s 106 years, J. Streicher is launching its next phase of growth to fully serve its clients in mid to late March 2016.

The J. Streicher organization talked about their entry into NASCAR. “J. Streicher is extremely excited for the 2016 season especially with such an iconic partnership with Richard Petty and Richard Petty Motorsports, along with Jeb and Ward Burton, one of the most successful families in NASCAR. In addition, this partnership is perfect timing as J. Streicher enters into its next phase of growth and change as it evolves into its next 106 years.”

J. Streicher provides multiple financial services including market making, investment banking, asset management, brokerage and advisory.

“Our family has been involved in NASCAR since 1949, and I have an appreciation for family heritage in an industry,” said Richard Petty, NASCAR Hall of Famer. “A 106-year history is something to be very proud of. I’m looking forward to seeing Jeb and the J. Streicher Mustang compete in the NASCAR XFINITY Series and a spot in the Chase for the XFINITY Championship.”
