LaJoie at Atlanta Motor Speedway:
Corey will be making his first NASCAR XFINITY Series start at Atlanta Motor Speedway.  He did however previously compete at the track where he won the NASCAR Whelen Southern Modified Tour event held at the 1/4-mile track on the frontstretch of the 1.5-mile facility.

This event will be LaJoie’s seventh career XFINITY series start and the first one since the season ending event at Homestead-Miami Speedway in 2014.

Corey’s Thoughts on Atlanta:
“I really appreciate the opportunity that JGL Racing is giving me to drive this No. 24 Toyota,” stated Corey. “I have been gone from the series for a year and during that time I was forced to take a step back and I realized how important racing is to me.  And it makes me appreciate even more opportunities like this when they come along.  I am pumped to be back in a race car and look forward to working with the JGL Racing and representing this Young Guns program.”

Young Guns Program:
LaJoie will showcase the JGL Racing Young Guns program on his No. 24 Toyota this week at Atlanta Motor Speedway.   The program was designed by James Whitener, owner of JGL Racing, with the intent to showcase a group of rising stars in the NASCAR ranks.

The JGL Racing Young Guns program offers many marketing opportunities for corporations and drivers alike.  JGL Racing will continue throughout the 2016 season with this program with further driver schedules, sponsor announcements and additional drivers in the near future.
