TOYOTA QUOTES
KYLE BUSCH, No. 18 M&M’s 75 Toyota Camry, Joe Gibbs Racing
Starting Position: 7th
How was the car in qualifying?
“We were okay, we’ve just been lacking a little bit overall all day and that’s just kind of what we missed it by there. Overall, we have decent speed, we just need some more.”

DENNY HAMLIN, No. 11 FedEx Express Toyota Camry, Joe Gibbs Racing
Starting Position: 8th

MATT KENSETH, No. 20 Dollar General Toyota Camry, Joe Gibbs Racing
Starting Position: 9th

MARTIN TRUEX, JR., No. 78 Furniture Row Toyota Camry, Furniture Row Racing
Starting Position: 16th
How was the car today and how was it in qualifying?
“All in all, we really had an okay day, it wasn’t fantastic. The car handled good all day long and it seemed like we could keep going out and running the same speed, we just can’t find that extra little bit to get up there towards the front. If it will do that tomorrow and be good on long runs, that’s a big key to going fast here and racing well so we’ll bank on that. Tomorrow is a new day and today went okay, just not as fast as we want to be.”

DAVID RAGAN, No. 23 Dr. Pepper Toyota Camry, BK Racing
Starting Position: 22nd

CARL EDWARDS, No. 19 ARRIS Toyota Camry, Joe Gibbs Racing
Starting Position: 25th
Are you frustrated by the qualifying result today?
“It’s frustrating for me because these JGR (Joe Gibbs Racing) Toyotas are so fast and for me to run 25th is pretty frustrating. I think we’ll race well and I ran enough laps that I got a pretty good view of what race trim will be like. I think for me I was just loose in, I get on the brakes and try to get in there and the rearend is just hung out. I’ve done what Trevor (Bayne) did before, I’ve pushed it too hard on entry and it’s really easy to do. That’s what we’ve got and now we just have to pass some cars on Sunday. Our guys are good and we’re going to do it.”

MATT DiBENEDETTO, No. 83 Cosmo Motors Toyota Camry, BK Racing
Starting Position: 35th
