Jeffrey Earnhardt No.32 CorvetteParts.Net Ford Race Advance

62nd Annual Toyota Owners 400 at Richmond International Raceway

News and Notes:

Heading into this weekend’s event at the Richmond International Raceway, the No.32 CorvetteParts.Net team will travel to “The Old Dominion State” with Jeffrey Earnhardt for the 62nd annual Toyota Owners 400 in Richmond, VA.

Sunday’s event will mark the first time Earnhardt will re-visit a track in NSCS after making his NSCS debut at Richmond in 2015. The Mooresville, NC native has five starts thus far in 2016, with the most recent being last weekend’s Food City 500 at Bristol where he earned a career best finish of 32nd.

Earnhardt has four starts at Richmond competing in the NASCAR Xfinity Series, with his first start coming in 2013’s spring event where he drove for Jr Motorsports earning a 17th place finish.

Jeffrey Earnhardt on Richmond:
“I’m happy to be returning to Richmond for this weekend’s Toyota Owners 400 in our No.32 CorvetteParts.Net Go Fas Racing Ford Fusion. We had some issues that put us down a few laps in Bristol but the car, team and I felt like we found speed and gained confidence during the race which we can carry over to this weekend. The ending positions haven’t been what we want but there’s no question we’re heading in the right direction.”

Chassis Info:
Crew Chief Wally Rogers will be bringing chassis GFR-897 to serve as the primary car. This chassis was last ran at Martinsville earlier this month. Chassis GFR-802 will serve as the backup car
