FORD FINISHING RESULTS
9th Brad Keselowski
11th Ryan Reed
16th Darrell Wallace Jr.
19th Jeb Burton

BRAD KESELOWSKI, No. 22 Discount Tire Ford Mustang (Finished 9th) – “We just didn’t have the speed that we wanted. We tried a little strategy play there at the end but then everybody wrecked and I lost the track position. I tried to get it back but just couldn’t do it.” WHAT DID YOU SEE IN THAT WRECK THERE AT THE END? “It just looked like three cars and everybody got real close and there just wasn’t enough room for everyone.” HOW DO YOU FEEL FOR TOMORROW? “We will see. We aren’t as fast as we want to be but I don’t think anyone really knows what they have.”

RYAN REED, No. 16 Lilly Diabetes Ford Mustang (Finished 11th) – “That was a tough day. It wasn’t a bad finish for where the day started though. We just never could find the speed or the balance. Late into a long run we were actually pretty good and ran top-10 lap times. I feel like we had a pretty good long run car but from the time we unloaded we had no short-run speed. We will take 11th on a pretty tough day and learn from it. I am proud of the Lilly Diabetes Ford Mustang guys.”

JEB BURTON, No. 43 J. Streicher Ford Mustang (Finished 19th) – “At the beginning of the day I thought we would be okay but we burned the right rear tire off of it and got way too tight going into the center. Then we got caught up in that wreck. Not having cautions didn’t help us and we got behind and we ended up 19th or something. We just have to keep getting better.” WHAT WAS YOUR VIEW OF THAT WRECK? “It looked like those guys just dumped each other really. I went up high and I went down low and I thought I was going to be fine but I got in there and locked it up and couldn’t get off the brake and ran into them.”
