In four starts at Kansas in the XFINITY Series, Bayne has recorded three top-10 finishes, with a best finish of eighth in the Oct. 2014 event.

Matt Puccia at Kansas
Puccia will be atop the box for his 10th NSCS event at Kansas on Saturday. In nine previous races, Puccia recorded a best finish of fifth with Roush Fenway Racing teammate Greg Biffle in the spring 2012 event.

Recapping Talladega

Chase Standings
Bayne improved two positions in the NSCS championship standings following Talladega and is now 16th and in the final position in the Chase for the NASCAR Sprint Cup, four points ahead of 17th.

QUOTE WORTHY

Bayne on racing at Kansas:
“I’m ready to get to Kansas this weekend. Our mile-and-a-half program has been strong so far this season and I’m very confident we can have another great run this weekend with the AdvoCare Ford. We’ve had a lot of momentum here recently and hopefully we can continue to build off of that and stay up there in Chase contention.”
