Jeffrey Earnhardt No.32 CorvetteParts.Net Ford Race Advance

47th Annual AAA Drive for Autism 400 at Dover International Speedway

News and Notes:
Heading into this weekend’s event at the Dover International Speedway, the No.32 CorvetteParts.Net team will travel to “The First State” with Jeffrey Earnhardt returning behind the wheel for the 47th annual AAA 400 Drive for Autism at the 1-mile “Monster Mile” in Dover, Delaware.

Sunday’s event will mark Earnhardt’s ninth career start in the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series (NSCS), and will be his first attempt at taming the “Monster Mile”. Thus far in 2016, Earnhardt has six starts, with his most previous being at Richmond International Raceway in April.

The Mooresville, NC native has three career starts in the NASCAR Xfinity Series (NXS) in Dover with a best finish of 20th which came in the fall 2014 event. Furthermore, Earnhardt has one career start in the NASCAR K&N Pro Series East (NKNPSE) at Dover. In his lone NKNPSE start, Earnhardt finished third after starting from the pole while driving for his grandfather at Dale Earnhardt Incorporated with current Go Fas Racing car chief Clinton Cram as his crew chief.

Jeffrey Earnhardt on Dover:
“I’m happy to be returning behind the wheel of the No.32 CorvetteParts.Net Ford this weekend for Archie and GFR. Dover is such a fun track, and reminds me a lot of Bristol where we ran pretty well earlier this year. I’m confident we can come out with a good finish as long as we keep the mistakes to a minimum.”

Chassis Info:
Crew Chief Wally Rogers will be bringing chassis GFR-803 to serve as the primary car. This chassis was last ran at Bristol in April. Chassis GFR-802 will serve as the backup car.
