35th Annual Axalta We Paint Winners 400 Race Advance

News and Notes:
Heading into this weekend’s Axalta We Paint Winners 400 at the Pocono Raceway the No.32 Rocky Ridge team will head north to “The Keystone State” with Halifax, VA native Jeb Burton behind the wheel at the distinctive 2.5-mile tri-oval in Long Pond, Pennsylvania. This weekend’s event will mark the debut for Go Fas Racing’s(GFR) newest driver Jeb Burton, along with their newest partner Rocky Ridge Custom Trucks.

Sunday’s event will mark Burton’s first NSCS start of the 2016 season, along with his first start for Go Fas Racing(GFR) and owner Archie St.Hilaire. However, Burton is no stranger to navigating the tricky triangle. In 2015, Burton had two starts in the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series(NSCS). Burton also has two starts competing in the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series, where he has a best finish of 12th and a best start of 3rd both of which came in 2013.

Jeb Burton on Pocono:
“I’m really looking forward to racing this weekend in the No. 32 Go Fas Racing Ford in the Sprint Cup Series. I’ve raced twice at Pocono in the Cup Series, and twice in the Truck Series, so I know I can be competitive there and use the experience I have to bring home a good finish. The track is so unique in that each turn is different, but I think using my experience in the Cup Series will really help and keep us at the front of the field.”

Chassis Info:
Crew Chief Wally Rogers will be bringing chassis GFR-897 to serve as the primary car this weekend. This chassis was last run at Richmond in April. Chassis GFR-802 will serve as the backup car.
