200 LAPS, 300 MILES
LaJoie at Texas Motor Speedway:
Corey will be making his second career NASCAR XFINITY Series start at Texas Motor Speedway. This event will be LaJoie’s 14th career XFINITY series start and the eighth this season in the No. 24 Toyota.

Corey’s Thoughts on Texas Motor Speedway:
“Texas is one of my favorite 1.5-mile tracks that I have been to so far in my career. The track is worn out so you slide around a lot on old tires. The groove widens out as the race goes on which gives you many options depending on how your car is handling.”

“We have had solid top-10 runs the last few times out in our No. 24 youtheory Toyota and hopefully we can keep that momentum going and get another solid finish this weekend.”

Top-10 Runs:
While racing a partial schedule can be a challenge for any team and driver, Corey LaJoie and his No. 24 JGL Racing team have been impressive in their last two races. LaJoie and his crew have worked hard and battled all the odds to come home with a 10th place finish at Bristol and a sixth place finish at Dover over their last two races. Together the driver and team combination looks to add to this impressive showing as they get a chance to race on a regular basis over the last three races of the season.

2016 Stats:
Starts: 7
Avg. Starting Position: 20.9
Avg. Finishing Position: 20.4
Best Finish: 6th (Dover – October)
