Youngest Formula 1 World Champions

Did you know that the first formula 1 season championship was held in 150? Well yeah, the first ever driver to become a champion was Italy’s Giuseppe Farina of Team Alfa Romeo. However, in recent times, Formula one has managed to excite the fans with the youngest formula one world champions drivers. The likes of Michael Schumacher, Fernando Alonso amongst many others. Fernando Alonso

The Spaniard made his debut in Formula 1 in 2001. Ever since he extremely became a popular figure. He was part of team Minardi during his early days in F1. The following year he then decided to join Team Renault where he was a test driver. Clearly patient paid off for this young man (back then). He was then later promoted to be a lead driver for the team in 2003.  From that moment going forward, he worked very hard for his name. In 2005 and 2006 at the age of 24 years, he won the Championship with Team Renault. Alonso then became the youngest Formula 1 champion and the only Spanish driver to have won the Formula 1 Drivers’ Championship.

Lewis Hamilton

When Lewis Hamilton made his debut in 2007 he automatically attracted a huge fan base. Hamilton experienced a spectacular season under Team McLaren. Winning 4 races and managing to finish just a point behind Kimi Raikkonen. Imagine scooping a huge prize at a very young age by winning high stake pokies online games. Extraordinary isn’t it?

The following year in 2008 a took a step forward in improving his skills. During that same year, Hamilton maintained the highest level of maturity and composure. And that alone propelled him to win his first Championship at the age of 23.
