Sound Bites:

“A frustrating race on top of a frustrating weekend. We broke a transaxle in practice – kind of a freak issue – and that limited us in practice, and then we didn’t get to qualify. So, that put us on the back foot to start the race. We started off tight in the middle of the corners and just stayed that way. We kept making adjustments, but the car just didn’t react. Ready to put this weekend behind us.” – Cody Ware, driver of the No. 51 Rocket Doctor Chevrolet

Next Up:

The next event on the NASCAR Cup Series schedule is the Dollar General 301 on Sunday, Aug. 23 at New Hampshire Motor Speedway in Loudon. The race begins at 3 p.m. EDT with live coverage provided by USA Network and SiriusXM NASCAR Radio.
