“It is such an honor to run the throwback to KBM’s 100th win. This is such a special race and means a lot to me and to my team to commemorate Kyle and the legacy he left on our sport. Even though the last few results haven’t been what we’ve wanted, our expectations are still high heading into this weekend. We’ve still had good speed, so we’re definitely capable of a strong finish.”

Rajah Caruth Quote
You will be sporting a scheme that honors Kyle Busch and represents Kyle Busch Motorsports’ first Truck Series win. What does that mean to you and what are your expectations heading into this weekend?
“It is very special and an honor to drive a Kyle Busch-inspired scheme, especially one that was out of the historic Kyle Busch Motorsports (KBM) shop. A shop where not only KBM got their first win, but I got my first win, my two wins to date in the NASCAR CRAFTSMAN Truck Series. So, to pay tribute to that and on a day when we are celebrating the life of Kyle Busch, it is an honor to do that and represent the history of the employees there. Hopefully, we can have a great result for his family and all of Rowdy Nation.
“I know we will have a fast Chevrolet Silverado. I think we really showcased that at Nashville earlier this year. Spire Motorsports has gotten even better since 2025, including when I first came on the Spire scene in 2024. They’re headed in the right direction and seeing the speed that Tristan (McKee) has along with a star-studded list of drivers who have been in that truck this season. I am excited to see the speed we have on Friday and be reunited with my old crew chief Chad Walter, who got me my first win. Hopefully, we can get a great result with Spire Motorsports, Chevrolet and all my partners joining us on the truck who have helped me through the years.”

One day later, Mears claimed his lone Cup Series victory in the Coca-Cola 600.
