[/media-credit]San Antonio (May 17, 2012) – David Starr with the Arrington Racing team will head to Charlotte, N.C., with the No. 81 Zachry Toyota Tundra for the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series (NCWTS) race on Saturday, May 19, 2012.
After a short break from the Kansas race, held April 21, Starr remains 15th in overall rank, coming off of a 31st finish. He hopes to turn it around in Charlotte, especially with the large fan base he enjoys in the city where Zachry retains an office. Employees will be able to see their sponsored racer compete right in their own backyard.
“There’s nothing better than getting out there and racing for the fans,” Starr said. “With Zachry’s presence so large in Charlotte, I’m looking forward to wearing the logo with pride. With the help of my team and support of my sponsors, I plan to up my numbers on this one.”
Build Your Future will serve as the associate sponsor of the Toyota Tundra, soon after they enjoyed a visit from Starr himself. Starr attended their NCCER building dedication on Tuesday May 8, and spoke on behalf of Build Your Future to students enjoying a career day May 16. Starr was also spotted speaking to Zachry and their customer’s craft workers at the LyondellBasell facility in Corpus Christ May 15.
