NASCAR veteran joins LEGACY MOTOR CLUB as crew chief for Riley Herbst and the No. 84 Toyota Camry XSE
STATESVILLE, N.C. – (September 23, 2026) LEGACY MOTOR CLUB announced today that NASCAR veteran Jeremy Bullins will join the organization as the crew chief of the No. 84 Toyota Camry XSE for the 2027 NASCAR Cup Series season. Bullins will work alongside recently announced driver Riley Herbst in what will be Herbst’s third full-time season in the Cup Series and the debut of the No. 84 as a full-time chartered entry.
With more than 25 years of NASCAR experience and a proven record of developing drivers and building race-winning teams, Bullins brings a level of accomplishment and credibility that reflects LEGACY’s commitment to establishing the No. 84 into a competitive Cup Series program from day one.

Bullins brings a winning pedigree to LEGACY MOTOR CLUB, having won 10 races in the Cup Series and 21 races in the NASCAR O’Reilly Auto Parts Series with a variety of drivers. After studying mechanical engineering at North Carolina State University, he joined the historic Wood Brothers Racing in 1999 to work on the No. 21 car with Elliott Sadler. He moved to Richard Childress Racing in 2005, where he worked as an engineer for Kevin Harvick and Clint Bowyer, accumulating nine Cup Series wins between the two drivers.
In 2012, Bullins joined Team Penske as the crew chief of the No. 22 O’Reilly Auto Parts Series team. After building the program, winning races, and claiming the series Owner’s Championship in 2013, he returned to Wood Brothers Racing in 2015 as the crew chief of the No. 21 car with Ryan Blaney. He later joined forces with Brad Keselowski in 2020, with the duo winning five races between 2020 and 2021. Bullins went on to serve as crew chief for several other Cup Series drivers before joining RFK Racing in 2025.

Bullins will make his LEGACY MOTOR CLUB debut with Herbst at Daytona International Speedway in February 2027.
