Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course will open its gates to spectators again on a limited basis for The Honda Indy 200 at Mid-Ohio on Aug. 7-9. The event is now a doubleheader weekend for the NTT INDYCAR SERIES with 75-lap races on both Saturday, Aug. 8, and Sunday, Aug. 9, on the 2.258-mile, 13-turn road course in Lexington, Ohio.

Brandon Jones earned his second consecutive victory at Kansas Speedway as he drove to the win on the final restart in the Kansas Lottery 250. Brandon Jones used a strong green-white-checkered restart to make a thrilling last-lap pass on Chase Elliott and win Saturday night's rain-delayed NASCAR O'Reilly Auto Parts Series race at Chicagoland Speedway.
The 29-year-old Jones from Atlanta, Georgia, led 12 of 201 over-scheduled laps and outdueled Chase Elliott in overtime for his eighth O'Reilly Auto Parts Series career victory and first since September 2025.
The three-time Daytona 500 champion from Chesterfield, Virginia, clocked in a pole-winning lap at 178.241 mph in 30.296 seconds for his 52nd Cup career pole and fourth of 2026 in Joliet, Illinois.
