As Paul Menard’s 13-year career as a full-time driver on the Monster Energy Cup Series nears its end, his crew chief Greg Erwin is working to prepare fast cars for his driver’ final runs in the No. 21 Menards/Maytag Ford Mustang.

The ARCA Menards Series East officially enters a new era with a seven-race slate in 2020 that will provide a mix of short-track showcases and national series companion events. The compact stand-alone schedule will also allow for the opportunity for competitors to compete for the new ten-race ARCA Menards Series Showdown championship.
“We just came from Texas where the No. 11 car did not have the best of luck, but the No. 10 car finished in second place, which is super awesome for our team. We’re going to Phoenix, a short track, this weekend. We had some success at Richmond, which was our latest short track, so I am really excited to get to Phoenix. We only have two races left this year with our LeafFilter Gutter Protection Chevrolet, so I’m excited that the whole Kaulig Racing team is pumped up. We are going to go finish this season off with a big win.”

Richard Childress Racing's Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series History at ISM Raceway ... Team owner Richard Childress has six victories at ISM Raceway, ranking him third on the all-time car owner victories list at the Avondale, Ariz. facility. This includes wins with Ryan Newman in March 2017, along with Kevin Harvick in Nov. 2013, Nov. 2012 and March and Nov. 2006. Prior to that, Dale Earnhardt won the Checker 500 on Nov. 4, 1990. In 121 starts at ISM Raceway, the Welcome, North Carolina based organization boasts 19 top-five and 43 top-10 finishes.
Majeski on Racing at Phoenix: “I’m looking forward to making my Truck Series debut this week at ISM Raceway,” said Majeski. “I’m thankful to Al Niece and everyone at Niece Motorsports for the opportunity, and for Plan B Sales coming on board to support us.
