Jimmie Johnson pulled away from Brad Keselowski on the final restart with four laps remaining and won Sunday’s FedEx 400 Benefiting Autism Speaks at Dover International Speedway.

Three Camry drivers registered top-five finishes in Sunday’s NASCAR Sprint Cup Series (NSCS) race at Dover International Speedway -- Matt Kenseth (third), Clint Bowyer (fourth) and Denny Hamlin (fifth). Jimmie Johnson was the race-winner.

Jimmie Johnson piloted his No. 48 Lowe’s/KOBALT Tools Chevrolet SS to his ninth career victory, and continues to lead all drivers in wins at the ‘Monster Mile’. After dominating the race by leading 272 of the 400 laps, the six-time champion now has 68 career NASCAR Sprint Cup Series victories.

A tenacious Martin Truex Jr. charged to a sixth-place finish in Sunday’s FedEx 400 Sprint Cup Series race at Dover International Speedway. The result was Truex’s best finish of the season. His previous best of the 2014 season was 10th in April at Richmond International Raceway.

BRAD KESELOWSKI, No. 2 Miller Lite Ford Fusion | Finished 2nd “The car was really strong the second half of the race. My guys made great adjustments on it and we drove up to second there. We were pretty equal to Jimmie there but never got a crack at him. I would have liked a shot. It was a decent day for us finishing second and that is something to be proud of but we want one spot more.”

Alex Bowman, driver of the No. 23 Dr. Pepper Toyota for BK Racing, may be competing for Rookie of the Year honors in the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series, but he describes himself as “just a normal 21 year old who gets to turn laps for a living.”

In the wake of Dale Earnhardt Jr. announcing a new sponsorship with eBay, appearing on his No. 88 Chevrolet for the NASCAR Nationwide Series June race at Michigan International Speedway, there is a lot to be said for authentic sponsorships within the sport of NASCAR in this day and age.

Kyle Larson and AJ Allmendinger, two underdogs entering this season, are beginning to make headway, especially after having strong qualifying efforts at Dover International Raceway this weekend.
