SPARTA, Ky. -- Three multi-car wrecks during the Quaker State 400 ended the night of a number of Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series drivers at Kentucky Speedway.

After starting the race from the 10th position, the 2012 Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series champion struggled with the handling of his Ford at both ends of the tricky, 1.5-mile oval as both ends of the track are drastically different.

Camry driver Martin Truex Jr. captured his third win of the season in Saturday night’s race at Kentucky Speedway. Truex led a race-high 152 laps (of 267) and collected all stage wins, remaining the only driver to sweep all stages in a race this season.
