After battling back from one lap down, Ricky Stenhouse Jr. restarted ninth on the final green-white-checkered attempt but newer tires prevailed forcing Stenhouse to settle with a 13th-place finish in Sunday’s NASCAR Sprint Cup Series (NSCS) race at Kansas Speedway. With four straight top-15 and six straight top-20 finishes, Stenhouse jumps two positions in the NSCS driver standings to 25th.

Greg Biffle qualified his No. 16 Roush Performance Ford 12th for Sunday afternoon’s race from Kansas Speedway. Biffle had a good handling Ford until an off set of tires caused a vibration and cost him valuable track position, but he was able to rebound to cross the finish line 17th.

Trevor Bayne, driver of the No. 6 AdvoCare Ford Fusion, recorded an 18th-place finish in the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series (NSCS) event at Kansas Speedway on Sunday afternoon.

Ryan Blaney and the Motorcraft/Quick Lane Ford Fusion turned in their second strong performance in as many weeks with a seventh-place finish at the Hollywood Casino 400 at Kansas Speedway. It was the rookie driver’s second top 10 and fourth top 15 finish of the season.

Camry driver Denny Hamlin finished second as the top Toyota at Kansas Speedway in Sunday’s NASCAR Sprint Cup Series (NSCS) race, which was won by Joey Logano.

Joey Logano’s win today is his fifth NASCAR Sprint Cup Series victory of the season and 13th of his career.

The driver of the No. 48 Lowe's Chevrolet for Hendrick Motorsports posted the fastest lap in final practice with a time of 28.574 and a speed of 188.983 mph.

The driver of the No. 2 Miller Lite Team Penske Ford continued his run for a "perfect weekend" with a time of 28.427 and a speed of 189.960 mph.

Brad Keselowski, driver of the No. 2 Miller Lite Ford Fusion, won the pole yesterday and led the first practice session today with a speed of 189.960 mph. Keselowski spoke about what he liked about his Fusion and his concerns about the pit stall he will have in tomorrow’s race.

Keselowski won the Coors Light Pole Award with a fast lap of 27.621 seconds (195.503 mph) in the final round of qualifying. It's his second pole of the season and his first at Kansas Speedway.
