The 2025 NASCAR Cup Series playoffs begin this weekend with the annual running of the Southern 500, marking the 75th Anniversary of historic Darlington Raceway.

Darlington Raceway is back in its familiar position as the opening race of the NASCAR playoffs.

Team Penske’s Ryan Blaney won Saturday night’s Coke Zero Sugar 400 at Daytona International Speedway, marking his second win of the 2025 season and the 15th of his NASCAR Cup Series career.

With a charge from 23rd place to ninth in the final two laps of Saturday’s Coke Zero Sugar 400 at Daytona International Speedway, Josh Berry and the No. 21 DEX Imaging team were able to close out the 26-race regular season with back-to-back top-10 finishes.

Dillon was able to maneuver through the field to avoid wrecks and run inside the top 10 throughout the 160-lap event before finishing the race in 22nd.
