Chase Briscoe will make his third start at Circuit of the Americas (COTA) in Austin, Texas, this Sunday in the EchoPark Automotive Grand Prix. Briscoe earned his first NASCAR Cup Series top-10 with his sixth-place in the inaugural race there in 2021.

Preece's road-course racing background is not extensive. In his Cup Series career, he’s made 12 road-course starts. His best road-course outing was in 2021 at the Daytona (Fla.) International Speedway road course, where he started sixth and finished ninth.

OpTic Gaming will return to Spire Motorsports’ family of partners and serve as the primary sponsor of Corey LaJoie’s No. 7 Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 in Sunday’s NASCAR Cup Series (NCS) Echopark Texas Grand Prix at Circuit of the Americas (COTA).

The Cup Series heads to the first of six road courses races this season as COTA, the 20-turn, nearly 3.5-mile circuit, hosts the NCS for the third time.

Todd Gilliland and the No. 38 team return the Ruedebusch Development and Construction colors this weekend for NASCAR’s first road course of the season. Gilliland finished 16th last season in this race and had other strong performances on road courses.

NASCAR and its three major series will venture to the Lone Star State for one of its five road racing events of 2023.

Michael McDowell and the No. 34 Ford Mustang team will race the Love’s Travel Stops/PEAK scheme this weekend at the Circuit of the Americas (COTA).

Josh Bilicki will be piloting the #78 Chevy Camaro in his first 2023 Cup Series race this weekend at Circuit of the Americas. Bilicki will be supported by Zeigler Auto Group and LoJack.

Truex has one top-10 finish in the first two races at Circuit of Americas, as he brought home a seventh-place finish there in 2022.

Almirola’s best road-course outing in the Cup Series came at Sonoma Raceway in 2018, where he finished eighth. He made it back-to-back top-10 finishes at the track when he returned for a ninth-place result in 2019.
