NASCAR returns to the high banks with superspeedway racing this weekend in Alabama.

Roush Fenway carries its stout superspeedway program to the high banks of Talladega this weekend, where last fall Ryan Newman was .007 seconds away from a win. Dating back 12 events at the 2.66-mile track, Roush Fenway has one win and seven top-10s.

NASCAR’s return to racing continues at Talladega Superspeedway this weekend, with the first superspeedway race since the Daytona 500. The 500-mile event from the 2.66-mile track was originally set for April 26.

NASCAR announced today the inductees who will comprise the NASCAR Hall of Fame Class of 2021. Dale Earnhardt Jr., Red Farmer and Mike Stefanik make up the Hall of Fame’s 12th class, and first with three members. In addition, Ralph Seagraves was named as the recipient of the Landmark Award for Outstanding Contributions to NASCAR.

As a driver, the energy of the crowd helps get you pumped up for the race and it helps create an exciting atmosphere. I've missed that.
