Friday the 13th is a day known for superstition. For Christopher Bell, however, it would turn out to be his lucky day.

The Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series, the NASCAR Xfinity Series and the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series will be in action for a national series tripleheader at Kentucky Speedway. Check out the full schedule below, subject to change.

News and notes: After the demolition derby at Daytona International Speedway, Boyd escaped the World Center of Racing unscathed with his best career finish of 17th. The series continues their summer tour with another Friday night under the lights race at Kentucky Speedway this weekend. "I'm really proud of the gains we've made as a team lately," says Boyd. "We survived Daytona and brought home a great finish. Kentucky should be a really good test for us. I've never been there before, so I'm just going in with a positive attitude and hope to learn as much as I possibly can."

Friday night’s NASCAR Xfinity Series race at Kentucky Speedway will mark Ryan Reed’s ninth start at the 1.5-mile track.  In his previous eight starts, Reed’s best finish of seventh came in the fall of 2016.

Gallagher and the No. 23 team will utilize chassis no. 222; this chassis has been raced twice this season, once by Gallagher at Auto Club Speedway (Start:15th/Finish:11th) and then by Johnny Sauter at Dover International Speedway (Start:11th/Finish:6th).

This Week's AAA Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 at Kentucky Speedway ... Dillon has five previous Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series starts at Kentucky Speedway, earning his best finish of 16th in 2016 and 2014 and best starting position of 11th in 2015.

Coughlin will utilize chassis no. 312 this weekend at Kentucky Speedway. The No. 2 team has used this chassis one previous time during the 2018 season, at Texas Motor Speedway, where Coughlin raced his way to an eighth-place finish.

Elliott and the GMS Racing team had a mechanical issue with 10 laps to go in the NASCAR Xfinity Series (NXS) Coca-Cola Firecracker 250 at Daytona International Speedway which relegated them to a 29th-place finish.

NASCAR made the right call after Friday's Coca-Cola Firecracker 250 but to their own detriment and the detriment of a series in dire need of a shot in the arm.

Ryan Reed, a two-time Daytona Champion, put forth a valiant effort Friday evening. Reed started in the back of the field and worked his way forward through the pack multiple times throughout the 100-lap event before being collected three laps shy of the checkered flag. The damage was too severe to finish and Reed was credited with a 26th-place finish in his No. 16 Drive Down A1C Lilly Diabetes Ford Fusion.
