Landon Cassill knows his way around Kentucky Speedway. Friday night’s Kentucky 300 Xfinity Series race at the 1.5-mile track will be Cassill’s ninth at Kentucky. He has run four Sprint Cup and four Xfinity races on the Sparta course.

This Week's No. 28 JGL Racing Toyota at Kentucky Speedway: J.J. Yeley will pilot Chassis No. 222 in the Kentucky 300 at Kentucky Speedway. This will be the first time Yeley has raced this chassis this year. The car was last raced by Kyle Fowler with the No. 26 JGL Racing team at Charlotte.

For the third consecutive week, Brennan Poole returns to the seat of the No. 42 DC Solar Chevrolet Camaro. Through 10 starts, Poole has one top-10 and five top-15 finishes, with an average start of 16.8 and an average finish of 20.3. Poole’s most recent ARCA Racing Series victory was in Kentucky last October. He led 27 of 100 laps that night in his first-ever start at the 1.5-mile speedway.

KENTUCKY 10: Toyota drivers have visited victory lane at Kentucky Speedway 10 times in NASCAR competition. Two of four NASCAR Sprint Cup Series races at the 1.5-mile track have been won by Camry drivers – Kyle Busch (2011) and Matt Kenseth (2013). Former Joe Gibbs Racing (JGR) driver Joey Logano won three consecutive NASCAR XFINITY Series (NXS) events at the track (2008, 2009 and 2010). Tundra drivers have tallied five Kentucky victories by Busch (2010 and 2014), Johnny Benson (2008), Todd Bodine (2010) and Mike Skinner (2007).
