Roush Fenway Racing’s Bubba Wallace ran in the top-five for the majority of Saturday afternoon’s NASCAR XFINITY Series race at Auto Club Speedway, before contact on a late-race restart dropped the No. 6 Roush Performance Mustang back in the field, ultimately finishing 12th.

Chris Buescher earned his third top-five finish of the season after a strong performance in Saturday’s NASCAR XFINITY Series race at Auto Club Speedway propelled the No. 60 Fastenal Ford Mustang to a fifth-place finish. Buescher has not finished outside of the top-15 so far this season.

Brian Scott qualified second and was the highest qualifying Richard Childress Racing driver at Auto Club Speedway.

Bakersfield, Calif. native Ryan Reed finished 11th on Saturday in the fifth NASCAR XFINITY Series race of the season at his home track of Auto Club Speedway (ACS).

Roush Fenway Racing’s Elliott Sadler finished in 10th-place during Saturday’s NASCAR XFINITY Series (NXS) race at Auto Club Speedway (ACS). Sadler qualified in the 10th position for the scheduled 150 lap event.

With a dominating victory in Saturday’s Drive4Clots.com 300 NASCAR XFINITY Series race, Harvick won his second race of the season, his first at Auto Club Speedway and the 46th of his career, third-most all-time.

Toyota driver Erik Jones (third) recorded the top-finish by a Camry and his career-best finish in the NASCAR XFINITY Series (NXS) race at California's Auto Club Speedway, an event won by Kevin Harvick.

CHRIS BUESCHER – No. 60 Fastenal Ford Mustang – “That was a pretty good day. That’s more than I expected out of this Fastenal Ford Mustang today. These guys worked really hard this weekend and made a ton of changes, so I’m really proud of them. They did a nice job.

Ryan Reed, driver of the No. 16 Lilly/American Diabetes Association Ford Mustang, visited the infield media center at Auto Club Speedway this morning to talk about coming back to his home state and a variety of other topics prior to tomorrow’s Drive4Clots.com 300.

The NASCAR Sprint Cup Series and the NASCAR XFINITY Series travel to Auto Club Speedway this weekend. The Camping World Truck Series is off but will return next week at Martinsville.
