"Everyone knows Bristol Motor Speedway is one of my favorite tracks. I love the atmosphere, I love the racing and I enjoy the fast pace style in the big colosseum. The plan is to have two great practices, qualify up near the front and stay up front so I'll be in contention for the win during those last paint-swapping laps.

James Buescher returns to the high banks of Bristol Motor Speedway (BMS) in a NASCAR Nationwide Series (NNS) car for the first time since 2012. Buescher has a total of eight starts at BMS, three of which came in the NNS while five in the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series.

Three races in, and the story of the 2014 Cup season is the success of Dale Earnhardt Jr. He wins at Daytona, finishes second in Phoenix, and a hiccup in his fuel pick up was all that kept him from victory at Las Vegas. That and Brad Keselowski. Still, take a gamble, have it turn sour, and still come home second is not all that bad.

An Okuma paint scheme car will run on the Richard Childress Racing (RCR) No. 33 entry in two NASCAR Nationwide Series races in the spring of 2014. They are the Drive to Stop Diabetes 300 on March 15 at Bristol Motor Speedway, and the VFW Sport Clips Help A Hero 200 on April 11 at Darlington Raceway.

In his ninth Nationwide Series start at Las Vegas Motor Speedway, Mike Bliss and the No.19 TriStar Motorsports Camry were looking for their first top-10 finish of the 2014 season. During both practice sessions on Friday, the No.19 TriStar Motorsports crew was able to make the adjustments needed to get Bliss's car ready for qualifying on Saturday morning.

Blake Koch and the No. 44 TriStar Motorsports Camry were ready to get on track at Las Vegas Motor Speedway on Saturday after having a fast car during Friday's practice sessions. The team made slight adjustments during practice to get prepped for the Boyd Gaming 300.

After engine issues plagued Eric McClure with a 40th-place finish in last year's Boyd Gaming 300, he and the No. 14 Hefty®/Reynolds Wrap® team returned to Las Vegas Motor Speedway looking for redemption. Despite starting the 300-mile event from the 30th position, McClure and the team worked together to not only overcome handling issues on the No. 14 Camry, but also a pit road speeding penalty late in the race to finish the 300-mile event in the 27th position

Ty Dillon won the Boyd Gaming 300 pole position at Las Vegas Motor Speedway for his first career pole in 15 NASCAR Nationwide Series races. His other RCR teammates Brian Scott qualified fifth, with Matt Crafton and Brendan Gaughan starting 11th and 16th, respectively.

“At the beginning we were really fast. We drove from 17th to seventh and I was like, ‘Holy smokes, we’re gonna have a shot at winning this thing.’ From there I just lost all of my side bite. Everybody else seemed to tighten their cars up and get better.

“I don’t know what caused us to lose the lead. That was unfortunate. I think that was the race. Our car was super fast on the long run when guys would get there tires hot and use up everything and what not.
