Richard Petty Motorsports (RPM) Development Driver Corey LaJoie will make his first NASCAR Nationwide Series (NNS) start at Homestead-Miami (Fla.) Speedway this weekend. RPM will field a second NNS entry at the one-and-a-half mile track for the rookie driver. LaJoie will pilot the No.9 Victory Junction Ford Mustang. Mike Shiplett, current car chief of the No. 9 Sprint Cup team, will be the crew chief and the No. 43 Cup crew will pit the car.

Daytona 500 winner and Roush Fenway Racing (RFR) driver Trevor Bayne has announced today that he has been diagnosed with multiple sclerosis. Bayne - 22 years old - has undergone extensive testing at the Mayo Clinic and has been cleared by doctors and NASCAR to compete behind the wheel.

In the final NASCAR Nationwide Series start of his rookie season, Chad Hackenbracht fought a loose handling race car throughout most of the ServiceMaster 200 at Phoenix International Raceway Saturday afternoon. The 22 year-old started the event 23rdand on three separate occasions, brought the No. 44 down pit road in an attempt to tighten up the car's handling.

Rumors are boiling like stew in a pot about who will be the primary driver for the No. 20 Toyota in the NASCAR Nationwide Series (NNS) for Joe Gibbs Racing (JGR) in 2014.

Kyle Busch has won the most NASCAR Nationwide Series races in history and further extended his legacy with another dominant showing at the ServiceMaster 200. Busch edged Austin Dillon for the pole earlier in the morning and didn’t hesitate to get off to a good start, leading the first 79 laps of the event.

Trevor Bayne will make his eighth NASCAR Nationwide Series (NNS) start at Phoenix International Raceway on Saturday. In his previous seven starts, Bayne has earned one top-five and three top-10s.

Ryan Reed, driver of the No. 16 American Diabetes Association Drive to Stop Diabetes SM presented by Lilly Diabetes Ford Mustang, will make his first NASCAR Nationwide Series (NNS) start on the 1-mile Phoenix International Raceway (PIR) this Saturday, Nov. 9, 2013. This will be Reed’s fifth start with Roush Fenway Racing (RFR).
