For the sixth time in series history, the NASCAR Nationwide Series has a back-to-back champion as Ricky Stenhouse Jr. was able to secure his second championship in a row on Saturday night.

It has been quite a season for Ricky Stenhouse Jr. and now he can celebrate with his second consecutive NASCAR Nationwide Series (NNS) championship. This championship proved that he is a true champion and all he endured throughout the season set him up for this great championship run.

Regan Smith won the NASCAR Nationwide Series (NNS)Ford EcoBoost 300 at Homestead-Miami Speedway for his first win in 2012 and the first win for JR Motorsports since 2010.

After grabbing the lead with 15 laps to go, Regan Smith would win the Ford Ecoboost 300 at Homestead-Miami Speedway for his first ever Nationwide Series victory. Ricky Stenhouse Jr. would finish sixth to win the driver's championship for the second straight season. Brad Keselowski and Ricky Stenhouse Jr. find themselves in similar situations heading into their respective season ending series finales at Homestead-Miami Speedway. Both drivers lead their respective series championships heading into Homestead by 20 points and only need 15th place finishes to lock up their series championships.

Iowa Speedway officials announced today that individual event tickets and weekend ticket packages for 2013 racing events will be available for purchase on November 20, and in advance of the traditional Holiday Season. The on-sale date for single races and weekend packages is the earliest they have been offered to customers in the six year history of the Newton facility.
