This weekend, Roush Fenway takes its Chase hopes to New Hampshire Motor Speedway, where it will look for a strong follow-up to last week’s outing at Chicagoland.

Mike Wallace and the No. 01 Chevrolet team of JD Motorsports w/Gary Keller head to the Bluegrass State looking to keep the good rolling and going at Kentucky Speedway this Saturday for their NASCAR Nationwide Series race.

JR Motorsports director of competition, Ryan Pemberton, will serve as interim crew chief for the No. 7 GoDaddy.com team and driver Danica Patrick this weekend in the NASCAR Nationwide Series race at Kentucky Speedway, general manager Kelley Earnhardt-Miller confirmed today. Earnhardt-Miller said a crew chief for the team beyond this weekend has not been determined.

Stenhouse, Jr. on racing at Kentucky Speedway: “We’re coming off a big win so we will carry that momentum into this weekend. The excitement level that the fans bring at Kentucky is amazing. Earlier this year, we didn’t make the right adjustments but we’ve learned from that so I feel we will be a strong contender this weekend. We’ve never gotten back-to-back wins so we are going to try to break that streak by getting our No. 6 Ford Ecoboost Mustang into victory lane.”

Chicagoland II - It was a busy week for Justin Allgaier as he headed home to the Chicago area prior to last weekend's race at Chicagoland Speedway. He and the BRANDT Racing team were prepared to better the third-place finish they scored earlier in the season. The team was well on its way to achieving this goal after two solid practice sessions and a 10th-place qualifying effort. Unfortunately, late-race contact with another competitor, as well as the outside wall, broke Allgaier's momentum while racing in the top-10. He went on to finish 11th.

The following is a statement from Dale Earnhardt Jr., founder and owner of JR Motorsports, regarding the departure of crew chief Tony Eury Jr.: “Unfortunately Tony Jr. is no longer with the company. I had hoped he would be here for a long time, but as we’ve discussed the direction of JR Motorsports moving forward, it was clear our differences in ideas were too vast to overcome."

Kyle Busch piloted the No. 54 Monster Energy Camry to a second-place finish at Chicagoland (Ill.) Speedway in Joliet Saturday afternoon, collecting his fifth top-10 finish on the 1.5-mile oval across nine starts in the NASCAR Nationwide Series. It was Busch’s 16th time piloting his own Toyota in NASCAR’s second series, resulting in the company’s 15th top-10 and 10th top-five finish of their inaugural season.

He may have just graduated from Duke, but the young racer from New Jersey, Paulie Harraka, is now going back to school, this time under the tutelage of veteran driver Ted Musgrave.

Sadler is in the second position in the NASCAR Nationwide Series driver championship point standings, nine points behind leader Ricky Stenhouse Jr., while Dillon ranks third in the standings, trailing the leader by 34 points.
