Turner Motorsports announced today changes within two of its NASCAR Nationwide Series (NNS) teams. Effective immediately, the No. 30 and No. 38 teams will interchange their entire crews, including crew chiefs, in an effort to evaluate performance and prepare for the 2013 season.

After back-to-back weeks of road racing for Jason Bowles and the American Majority Racing No. 81 team, the series returns to its roots of short-track oval racing this weekend. “The World’s Fastest Half-Mile” will play host to the NASCAR Nationwide Series this Friday night with the running of the Food City 250 at Bristol Motor Speedway.

Patrick Carpentier joined RAB Racing this weekend at Circuit Gilles Villeneuve to competein Saturday'sNAPA AUTO PARTS 200.Carpentier demonstrated the speed of RAB Racing's Toyota Camry in practice but an early-race brake failure forced the team behind the wall.The hard work of the RAB Racing team was once again put on display as Carpentier returned to the track, able to salvage a 29th-place finish.

Kyle Busch’s schedule included double-duty this weekend, preparing his NASCAR Sprint Cup Series car from Michigan International Speedway in Brooklyn, and racing his own Kyle Busch Motorsports (KBM) Nationwide Series car at Circuit Gilles Villeneuve in Montreal.

The No. 3 Chevrolet team is tied for first in the Camping World Truck Series owner championship point standings, with the No. 22 team seventh in the standings and the No. 2 team ninth.

Michael Annett started the Napa Auto Parts 200 at Circuit Gilles Villeneuve from the 33rd position. After running just a few laps, Annett reported that something seemed to be amiss under the hood and he felt like all seven cylinders were not firing properly.
