Bia Figueiredo, known as Bia in the world of racing, and Tatiana Calderon will join Katherine Legge and Christina Nielsen as part of the all-female GEAR Racing team on board the No. 19 Lamborghini in 2020. GEAR Racing and Grasser Racing Team recently joined forces to field the No. 19 car for the entire IMSA WeatherTech Championship season.

As has been the case for 23 years, the 24th year of INDYCAR racing at Texas Motor Speedway will be a Saturday night special in 2020.

Cognito Motorsports had a banner year at the 2019 SCORE International Baja 1000, locking out the overall UTV and Pro UTV Forced Induction class podiums in a grueling and unpredictable event. Cognito founder Justin Lambert topped the field with an overall time of 21:00:42.687, beating fellow Cognito racers Wayne Matlock and Matt Burroughs in the Pro UTV FI class. In addition, Pro UTV Normally Aspirated class winner Kristen Matlock scored the third-fastest overall UTV time.

December 1st saw the final race on the 2019 Formula 1 calendar, under the lights of the unique day-to-night race in Abu Dhabi. This brings the long, 21-race season to an end, with Lewis Hamilton and Mercedes keeping their World Championship titles for yet another year.

Hamilton qualified on the pole and led every lap from start to finish, to score his 11th win of the season.

English native Alexander Sims took Round 2 for the Ad Diriyah ePrix race after a wild race. Sims started first and led all 30 laps to take home his first win of the season.

Sam Bird and Envision Virgin Racing picked up the win in the first race for the Ad Diriyah ePrix in Formula E's sixth season. Bird qualified second and led the final eight laps of the race to pick up the ninth victory of his ABB Formula E''s career.

For the first time in nearly a decade, Corvette Racing will feature a new full-season driver roster for the IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship. As the program prepares for its initial campaign with the new Chevrolet Corvette C8.R, Jordan Taylor will join Corvette Racing on a full-time basis starting with the Rolex 24 At Daytona in the GT Le Mans (GTLM) category.

Motorcraft/Quick Lane Racing ends a banner year this weekend as both its NHRA and NASCAR teams wrap up competition.

Derek Kraus needed only to start the NASCAR K&N Pro Series West (NKNPSW) race at ISM Raceway to be declared the series champion on Saturday evening. When the green flag waved, it was official, and the 18-year-old Camry driver became the fourth Toyota driver to capture a NKNPSW driver’s title.
