Chase Elliott, Georgia native and driver of the No. 9 Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 for Hendrick Motorsports in the Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series, visited Atlanta Motor Speedway, his home track on the NASCAR circuit, Tuesday for a special media day and presentation of good-luck charms sent in from fans across the country as part of the recent “Good Luck, Chase” promotion put together by AMS.

As the countdown continues to Daytona Day, NASCAR® today announced the return of the Hashtag 500, where fans will race on social media for a chance to win memorabilia from the 60th running of the DAYTONA 500® live during the race on February 18.

Six decades of DAYTONA 500 history-making will be honored this weekend at Daytona International Speedway with displays involving some of the most memorable stock cars driven to victory in “The Great American Race.”

Kansas Speedway is introducing a new fan hospitality option in 2018, the Ignition Garage, which offers some unique opportunities for race fans. The Ignition Garage will only be open on Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series race day.

Academy Award, Golden Globe, SAG winning and Emmy nominated actress Charlize Theron has been named the Honorary Starter for the historic 60th annual DAYTONA 500 on Feb. 18 at Daytona International Speedway. Theron will wave the green flag for the DAYTONA 500, the season-opening race (TV – FOX, FOX Deportes; Radio – MRN, Sirius XM) for the Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series.

Race fans will rock and roll with Cole before the Monster Energy NASCAR All-Star Race on May 19 at Charlotte Motor Speedway. Platinum-selling singer and songwriter Cole Swindell will light up the biggest all-star event in sports with the Monster Energy All-Star Race Concert Presented by Rayovac Batteries, Kwikset, George Foreman and National Hardware. The concert is FREE with the purchase of any Monster Energy All-Star Race ticket.

Brad Keselowski won Sunday’s Advance Auto Parts Clash at Daytona International Speedway with a dominating last-to-first run over the course of the 75-lap event.

“The Great American Race” will have an all-American flavor this year when the National Anthem is played by Navy Band Southeast prior to the 60th annual DAYTONA 500 on Feb. 18 at Daytona International Speedway.

Singer, actress and “Dancing with the Stars” finalist Jana Kramer will be performing for fans prior to the TicketGuardian 500 Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series race at ISM Raceway on Sunday, March 11.

Corrigan Oil is expanding its partnership with Michigan International Speedway in 2018. The company will be the entitlement sponsor for the August NASCAR Camping World Truck Series Corrigan Oil 200.
