Austin Dillon – driver of the No. 3 Bass Pro Shops/Tracker Boats Silverado and grandson of team owner Richard Childress – is the 2011 NASCAR Camping World Truck Series champion, clinching Team Chevy’s 11th series driver’s title with a 10th-place finish in the rain-shortened, season-ending Ford 200 at Homestead-Miami Speedway on Friday.

Richard Childress Racing's Joey Coulter was officially named the 2011 NASCAR Camping World Truck Series Sunoco Rookie of the Year on Friday at Homestead-Miami Speedway.

Coming into the night, all Austin Dillon had to do was finish 16th or better to clinch the 2011 championship. With 40 laps to go at Homestead-Miami Speedway, it was looking like that championship would be in jeopardy.

Joe Denette Motorsports (JDM), a rookie team in the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series (NCWTS), is pleased to announce that four- timeseries champion, Ron Hornaday, Jr., will pilot the No. 9 Chevrolet powered by Pro Motor Engines for the 2012 campaign.

The NASCAR Camping World Truck Series will be presenting their final tail gate party of the year by closing out their season with Friday night's running of the Ford 200 at the Homestead-Miami Speedway.
