Stewart Friesen returns for his second full-time NGOTS season with Halmar Friesen Racing.

The reigning ARCA Series champion will compete for Sunoco Rookie of the Year honors with GMS Racing in his first full-time NGOTS season. Creed led 35 laps and finished third in the 2018 ARCA Series event at Daytona.

GMS Racing announced today PlanBSales.com will sponsor reigning NASCAR Gander Outdoors Truck Series champion Brett Moffitt in the season-opening race at Daytona (Fla.) International Speedway this Friday. In addition to Daytona, PlanBSales.com will also sponsor Moffitt’s No. 24 Chevrolet Silverado at ISM Raceway in Phoenix on November 8.

DGR-Crosley announced today that team co-owner David Gilliland will drive the team's No. 17 entry in the NASCAR Gander Outdoors Truck Series season opener at Daytona (Fl.) International Speedway. NASCAR is bringing a unique twist to the NASCAR Gander Outdoor Series. Announced on Monday, NASCAR will introduce a Triple Truck Challenge, almost similar to the "Dash 4 Cash" in the NASCAR Xfinity Series.

Fans will have to get used to the new name, as they have been calling it the Camping World Truck Series. It's just the fourth new sponsor for the series since its inspection in 1995.
