LEBANON, Tenn. -- Kyle Kirkwood earned a much needed point to close the gap to Alex Palou by winning the pole for Sunday's Music City Grand Prix at Nashville Superspeedway.

Six-time IndyCar champion Scott Dixon and the 2026 Indy 500 champion Felix Rosenqvist will compete alongside Pato O'Ward as full-time IndyCar competitors for Arrow McLaren in 2027. In addition, Ryan Hunter-Reay returns for a second one-off Indy 500 campaign next May.

Pato O'Ward took the lead from Christian Lundgaard on Lap 42 and held off a late charge from his teammate to win at Mid-Ohio.

He damaged his wing on the first lap, but pit strategy put Christian Lundgaard in position to capitalize on Marcus Armstrong's misfortune to win at Road America.

It wasn't a 10 out of 10 drive, but Alex Palou dominated on the streets of the motor city to win the NTT IndyCar Series Detroit Grand Prix.

INDIANAPOLIS -- After watching multiple replays of the final lap of the Indianapolis 500, David Malukas doesn't know what more he could've done.

INDIANAPOLIS -- It came down to a drag race to the finish line, and Felix Rosenqvist edged out David Malukas to win the Indianapolis 500.

The 40-year-old Grosjean remains optimistic of a season turnaround with Dale Coyne Racing ahead of his fourth career Indianapolis 500 start.

The two-time Indianapolis 500 champion from Tokyo, Japan, returns for another shot of winning his third Indy 500 with RLL Racing after falling short from a dominant run a year ago.

The 21-year-old Siegel from Palo Alto, California, will start his second Indy 500 event in 20th place in 2026 after utilizing notes gained throughout last year's event and this year's practices.
